From one template to thousands of documents in four steps
- 01
Upload your PDF
Any PDF works as your base template. Upload it once and reuse it for every send.
- 02
Define editable fields
Drop text, image, date or QR code fields with the visual drag-and-drop editor.
- 03
Import data and run the batch
Connect a CSV or Excel and generate hundreds of personalized PDFs in one click. Download them as a ZIP.
- 04
Send and see who downloads
Map the email column once and each PDF goes out to its recipient the moment it's generated. The history shows when each one was sent and who downloaded the document.

Generate PDFs from ExcelA Google Sheet
Run the whole batch from the add-on, with email delivery, without leaving your sheet.
Generate PDFs from Google SheetsA mail merge
Get a separate PDF per recipient instead of one long document with every letter inside.
Mail merge to individual PDFsA list of recipients
Email each PDF to its person and see who received and downloaded it.
Send personalized PDFs by email
Automate generation from your own tools
Everything you do from the web also works from your code or a spreadsheet: same templates, same email delivery, same per-recipient tracking.
Public REST API
Generate documents from your own system with one HTTP call: send the data, get the PDF back. Workspace-scoped keys, safe retries with idempotency, image and table fields, and optional email delivery in the same request.
Explore the API documentationGoogle Sheets add-on
Generate a whole batch straight from your spreadsheet: connect your account, map the columns and launch the generation with email delivery without leaving Sheets.
Install the add-onDelivery and tracking everywhere
Every document can go out by email with a tracked download link. The history shows each recipient's status — sent, delivered, bounced or downloaded — for API and Google Sheets generations too.
