The list already lives in a sheet
The people you have to reach are already there — the intake form responses, the roster somebody keeps editing, the export a booking system dropped into a tab this morning. Turning that into personalized documents usually means downloading it, opening a different tool, uploading it there, and coming back to check whether it worked. Every one of those hops is a place to lose today's edits or to generate from yesterday's version by mistake.
How it works
Connect once
Install the add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace and sign in with your Papely account. From then on, every sheet you open can reach your templates.
Pick your PDF and map the columns
Choose the template you already use and match each column to a field, right there in the sidebar — no code, no separate mapping screen.
Choose which rows
Generate from the whole sheet or from just the rows you have selected, so a batch you are still editing does not go out before it is ready.
Generate and send
Papely fills one PDF per row and, if you turn it on, emails each one to the address in that row — all without leaving the tab.
The tab you never had to leave
Most of this category stops at a ZIP file. Papely keeps going: your own PDF stays exactly as your organization approved it, the email goes out from the same generation, and every recipient's status is one click away in your Papely dashboard — whether the sheet that started it is still open or not.
- The PDF you started from is the one your organization already approved — Papely fills it, it does not redesign it.
- Delivery is part of the same run: turn it on once in the sidebar and every document is emailed to the address in its own row.
